Just want to say the biggest thank you to Yasmine in customer support.
We recently discovered mould on our toddler's cot base and was looking to get it replaced.
I emailed customer support to see if they had any spare parts in stock that we could purchase.
Considering that the problem was not caused by the company. We got a reply back very swiftly and too our surprise, Yasmine shipped us the correct part completely free of charge as a good will gesture.
We did not expect to get this problem solved this quickly and with the extra gesture added on as well.
