Just want to say the biggest thank you to Yasmine in customer support.
We recently discovered mould on our toddler's cot base and was looking to get it replaced.
I emailed customer support to see if they had any spare parts in stock that we could purchase.
Considering that the problem was not caused by the company. We got a reply back very swiftly and too our surprise, Yasmine shipped us the correct part completely free of charge as a good will gesture.
We did not expect to get this problem solved this quickly and with the extra gesture added on as well.

I ordered some nursery furniture from one of their stockist and was advised that it would be delivered in April as that would be when the nursery was decorated. I called Tutti Bambini and spoke to Nickie as I had notification that the delivery we would be this week, she spoke to the courier who has returned the delivery back to their warehouse and it will not be delivered w/c 30/03
I've made two purchases with the company - the first one was flawless, and when I encountered a minor issue with the second, a representative from the support team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly (even on Christmas Eve)! I'm very impressed. The mattress and sheets I ordered are of fantastic quality and match the specifications perfectly as well. :)

I ordered a crib bundle during a sale, but the crib didn't arrive with the rest. I contacted the support team, and they efficiently resolved the issue for me. I now have everything I ordered. The representative was professional and prompt on the phone. I would definitely order from them again because the service was excellent and the product (bedside crib bundle) looks fantastic.
