I ordered a large bundle of products from Tutti Bambini back in October 2025, with the expectation that everything would arrive well before my baby was due. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
It is now over 6 months later, and I am still chasing both my order and a partial refund that has yet to be processed. I was last told I would receive an update two weeks ago—yet I’ve heard nothing since. Communication has been extremely poor throughout, with repeated delays, vague responses, and on several occasions, information that turned out to be inaccurate or misleading.
What’s been especially frustrating is that the company has attempted to cancel my order twice, despite me making it clear that I still want the products. At this point, my baby is already a month old, and the items I ordered as essential newborn products have still not arrived. Waiting this long for baby essentials is completely unacceptable.
When items have arrived, they have come in separate parts at different times, with no clear confirmation of what has been delivered. This has left me unsure whether I have received everything included in the bundle, adding further stress and inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the partial refund they’ve offered is less than a quarter of what I originally paid for the bundle, which feels completely unreasonable. Even more concerning is that the same bundle is still being advertised and sold on their website, despite them seemingly being unable to fulfil existing orders.
Overall, this has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I have never dealt with a company that is so poorly managed from a logistics and customer service perspective. I would not recommend Tutti Bambini based on my experience, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
