I purchased a high-end bike a few months ago, but I've only managed to ride it twice due to both brakes having hydraulic issues. Even after changing the hydraulic oil twice, the brake pressure keeps dropping. I took it to a local bike shop for repairs, and they found that the brake levers need replacing. They are still waiting for the parts, which will cost me an extra 350 euros. Overall, my experience with the service has been quite frustrating, and I do not recommend placing an order.
