My experience with the service has been deeply frustrating, and I cannot recommend ordering from them.

The bike's condition was well documented online and shipped quickly with great packaging. Assembling the front wheel and cockpit took just 10 minutes, and everything was already well set up. I tried contacting them via the phone number on their website, but there was no response. I later found a different number on their Facebook page, which also went unanswered. After a 45-minute wait for a response on WhatsApp, I finally received communication shortly after leaving a negative review. I managed to complete my order, but the issues seemed related to my browser. Customer service confirmed they had recorded my attempts to reach them and mentioned they were busy on Monday mornings. I also inquired about modifying the tire size, but they said it was too late since the order was placed. The bike arrived quickly and was well packaged, although one inner tube was for very large racing wheels. There were some scratches not shown in the online photos. Overall, the bike looks great, and I'm satisfied with the quality for the price. However, I had a battery issue after just two hours of riding, which should have been caught during quality control. I had a few areas for improvement: 1) getting timely responses should be easier, 2) photos should show scratches, 3) tire size details should be included in descriptions, 4) quality control needs to be more thorough, and 5) special requests shouldn't be automatically denied if the order isn't yet prepared for shipping.
In summary: Good bike, but customer service was lacking after initial mechanical issues. I chose to buy a second-hand certified bike from a reputable place, but my expectations were not met. After riding just 200 km, I found multiple issues. Initially, a spoke fell off while riding downhill. A mechanic discovered that the spoke wasn’t fastened, the tires were old and needed replacing, one disc brake was poorly maintained, and rim tape was incorrectly placed, which posed a risk. The service provided a disappointing response, claiming the bike was in perfect condition when it left them, which was clearly untrue. They suggested I should have identified these issues myself at pickup, which is unreasonable. They also warned that my repairs may affect the warranty, which is concerning given the circumstances.
