I ordered a high-end bike months ago, but I've only been able to ride it twice due to hydraulic issues in both brakes. Despite replacing the hydraulic oil twice, the brake pressure still drops. I took it to a local bike shop, where they found that the brake levers need replacing. They are still waiting for the parts, which will cost me an additional 350 euros. My experience with the service has been deeply frustrating, and I cannot recommend ordering from them.
