Total nightmare. I bought a laptop and they had virtually no communication for 2 weeks until I started emailing and asking what the hell was going on. Then they finally shipped it. When I got it, the keyboard didn't work. I mailed it back to them so they could fix it, and asked if I could return it. They said no (admittedly, I got distracted and it had been a few weeks. That is on me). They've had my laptop for 20 days, and I haven't heard anything.I couldn't be more disappointed. Personally, if I give someone a few thousand dollars, I'd like a working machine, and a bare minimum of communication. I think a weekly "we've taken your money and haven't given you anything, here is our next ETA" is a reasonable amount of communication. Everything about this felt like 2 guys in a basement who didn't know what the heck they were doing.
