The so-called technician came in and immediately claimed it was definitely an issue with the aerial. I was shocked and felt like I was being scammed. When I asked him to at least check the aerial, he returned with an old machine that looked like it had seen better days. After struggling with it for a while, he insisted it was indeed the aerial and quoted me £350 for a replacement. When I said I couldn't afford that, he had the nerve to ask for £94 for his minimal effort. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. I highly recommend avoiding this service.
