I purchased an item on 25.12.2025 and sent the payment on 29.01.2025. After multiple inquiries about the item's whereabouts, I was informed it would likely arrive between 08.01.-10.01.2026, which is about 17 days later. After complaining, I was told it was a pre-order and shipping would be on 30.01.2026. I instantly requested a refund as the pre-order information was not visible at the time of purchase. They have since added a shipping date disclaimer, which feels suspicious and untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend.
