☆☆☆☆ Unreliable service – ceased functioning, no support. I bought a 1-year subscription from a provider. After a few months, the service completely stopped working and shows a “playlist error” on my TV. I've reached out multiple times using different methods, but they never respond and do not even acknowledge messages. There is no customer support whatsoever and no explanation or refund. Selling a one-year subscription and then disappearing when the service fails is unacceptable. This feels misleading and unprofessional. I strongly advise against purchasing long-term subscriptions from this provider. If there’s an issue, you are ignored.
