Don’t normally leave bad reviews, had this for a year and it worked great, but it seemed a different help service. I then bought a year package for 2 tvs. And it’s been awful, once they gave me a new codes but now no reply. And so I paid 100 pound for 1 month of tv. Do not use This company!!
Absolutely shocking..worked well for few days. Now it seems every other day it's all offline on both devices. Constantly waiting to hear back after days. They do a new server
Works for a day then goes off.
Avoid at all costs. Contacting bank to see if they can claim it back.
☆☆☆☆ Unreliable service – ceased functioning, no assistance. I purchased a 1-year subscription from a provider, and after just a couple of months, the service completely stopped working, displaying a “playlist error” on my TV. I have contacted them multiple times through various channels, but they never reply and do not acknowledge messages. There is no customer support available and no explanation or refund offered. Selling a one-year subscription and then vanishing when the service fails is unacceptable. This feels misleading and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding long-term subscriptions from this provider. Once an issue arises, you are left without help.

Completely hopeless. They promise a hassle-free refund if not satisfied... nonsense. I asked several times, but they refused. Customer service is worse than the product. None of the channels worked, and it wouldn't load on most weekends when I wanted to watch sports. I've faced numerous issues since August, but they just ignore complaints. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS PROVIDER.
