This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a TV. I was promised delivery of a specific model for January 1, 2025, and the status showed it was out for delivery. It never arrived, and the status changed to delayed. When I called, the representative said delivery wouldn't happen for 3-5 more days. I suggested picking it up at their location, and while they agreed, they failed to confirm a pickup time. I later learned the TV was suddenly unavailable due to damage. Their inconsistent communication is frustrating. I will never purchase anything from this platform again—avoid them!
