They never delivered the tv I ordered and payed for, and now after months of excuses and lies they don't refund my purchase even though they explicitely said on mail that they had done so. Stay away from this company!

It never arrived, and the status changed to delayed. When I called, the representative said delivery wouldn't happen for 3-5 more days. I suggested picking it up at their location, and while they agreed, they failed to confirm a pickup time. I later learned the TV was suddenly unavailable due to damage. Their inconsistent communication is frustrating. I will never purchase anything from this platform again—avoid them!
