bestelling #123942 I ordered and paid an LG OLED TV in March 2023 and waited for delivery, but the TV never came. After 6 weeks and many excuses, I cancelled the order and since then am waiting for a full refund. I keep getting fake excuses as the following:"From: TV OutletSubject: Re: Je bestelling #123942 bij TV Outlet is terugbetaaldDate: June 27, 2023 at 4:25:24 PM GMT+2Good day,Our sincere apologies that this is taking so long!Unfortunately, there was a malfunction in our automation system, as a result of which we did process the credit, but this was not passed on to the payment provider.Of course we will immediately arrange this for you.Unfortunately I can't do this myself, but the administration has to do this. That's why I just called them again.They took immediate action and manually entered the credit in the system.Depending on your bank, you will receive the full amount back tomorrow or Friday at the latest.My sincere apologies for this delay."After months of email exchange, I got 3 small refunds of 10% of the amount each time - 70% I am still missing. Very poor business practice. This site should be reported.
