I ordered Metformin from the TWC, supposedly I had a virtual appointment with a doctor I never talked to. I received and emailed confirmation for my fake appointment and call. I only submitted a questionnaire and they approved my medicine with that alone.
Then, the nightmare started: No way of tracking your order, and showed pending delivery for weeks, until I called and the lady told me it was delivered 10 days from the day of my call. I never received the medicine and had to check with USPS which they could not find it due to the length of the delivery. TWC made me to go get a police report for the issue and I did, The police told me this company should be sending this medicine with signature require or something to proof delivery, plus I paid for shipping but they want to make money out of that as well. They took a month to go through that and now the second shipment, no tracking again, I emailed this people daily trying to get a tracking and a few days ago they sent me th tracking number, and the result was DELIVERED A WEEK AGO, so guess what! yup no item, and go back to the police to file a report for it again.
They won't even give me a full refund after putting me through this hell! very unorganized and they dont seem like a scammy company knowing the doctors that are behind it. But they have the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
