They even email me to reassure me that it has been cancelled, but it just keeps going, day after day, at two in the morning, texts and emails, asking me to update my credit card because payment was declined. They're great at emailing BS apologies, but that's all you get from them: BS!

I bought a medical emergency kit with the pharmaceuticals. Having had it when I contracted pneumonia, right before the big snowstorm. Roads closed, no transportation, hospitals flooded with flu, Covid-19, and you name it. But made it thru with the kit. But have one question. Why your pills have no taste. My mom worked in a pharmacy for 30yrs, in busy times I assisted. Never have I run into a penicillin. (except for the pink amoxicillin powder we mixed up for kids) that didn’t have the most awful bitter taste. Yours none. Like powder chalk.really had me wondering if I was really taking meds at all. Just thought it’s something you might mention as people expect meds to taste like meds.

I completed a medical intake form for a medication that was not approved due to existing health issues. I appreciate that they were careful and honest about the unsuitability of the medication for me. I was issued a full refund. This happened in less than 48 hours.

I can’t speak to the quality of the ingredients as I am not a pharmacist or chemist.

I placed an order (ORDER TWC#986103) that required a medical intake form before any services or products could be provided. I did not complete the intake and did not move forward.

No clinician review took place, no prescription was issued, and no product was shipped. I never accessed the “provider network”. Despite confirming this in writing, the company refused a refund. They stated they only offer store credit after 30 days (it had been 32 days) — even when nothing has been provided, because it is in their ‘terms and conditions’. Heads up TWC - Terms & conditions do not override consumer protection laws! Will definitely be filing complaints against this company.

CAUTION: Misleading Package Deal

CAUTION: When ordering on the website, it appears that the throat spray and nasal spray are offered as a package deal, but you only receive one of the items, not both. Additionally, the support representative had poor comprehension skills, and the nasal spray is backordered until March.

Disappointing Experience with a Costly Product

We bought two pumps of a premium toothpaste, each priced at $80, but we believed the company would support their products. Unfortunately, the pump became clogged, leaving more than half of the product unused. When we requested a refund, they informed us it was beyond the 30-day return period and denied any assistance. Caution is advised; many others have reported similar issues. This is a very frustrating experience. We need a trustworthy wellness company now more than ever. Prospective buyers should be wary!

Disappointing experience with appetite drops

I bought drops from a wellness provider and followed the instructions precisely, but they did not curb my appetite at all. In fact, there were nights when I woke up craving sugar. I spent a significant amount on these drops, and my food cravings only intensified despite using the product as directed. I cannot recommend this item—it's ineffective. The company should offer a money-back guarantee. Additionally, the flavor is unpleasant when mixed with just a small amount of water daily, leaving a bad taste in my mouth afterward. As for controlling cravings, it failed completely. Although I am losing weight with another treatment, these drops are not worth the price paid. They might be worth a fraction of that cost. Please save your money and avoid this product. Thank you.

I purchased a weight loss product that was advertised as effective. Despite having a discount code that saved me a significant amount, I still ended up spending a large sum. It felt like I was consuming flavorless water. To my surprise, before I finished the first bottle, I found out another one was being shipped to me due to an automatic subscription I wasn't aware of. When I called for a refund, I was told I needed a statement from a provider, which was impossible since I hadn’t consulted one for the purchase. I even offered to accept store credit, but that was not an option either. Now, I’m left out of pocket and determined to warn others against this product. They should be held accountable like other companies in the industry. It's disheartening, and I wanted to support this company. Additionally, I noticed that negative reviews are not displayed on their website. I submitted my review, but it was never published. It's crucial for us to share our experiences on social media and report this to the relevant authorities. I am very frustrated.
