The product “ ultimate spike detox” was a game changer for me! However, the ability to get it in a timely manner doing the monthly subscription is horrible! Since starting it, I have never gotten my package on time and have always had to go at least one day without it. This month subscription is two weeks late with the time of arrival getting pushed back every day. When you talk to customer service, they say they will escalate the matter, but nothing comes of it. They told me that it was not a big deal that I was not able to take it. I’ve told them for months. They need to hire a new shipping company because it is important to get monthly subscriptions to their customers on time and nothing is done about it. There is no way to get past customer service to someone higher up to discuss the matter. At the rate things are going my next shipment will ship out before I even receive this month shipment.
