After seeing this company advertise on one of my favorite television channels which is Fox News, I decided to order one of their wellness kits. Before I ordered my kit I emailed some questions about how many treatments are in the kit and what the cost of replenishing the kit was and I was met with a return email that stated that they couldn’t give me an exact figure because who I was communicating back-and-forth with was not from the company that you would order the product from. When I was asking them who I can communicate with to find out my questions they got very indignant and I didn’t hear back from them for several weeks.
But I actually tried to order my kit I was told I had to speak to or at least communicate with someone that was supposed to be a physician that would approve me through certain questioning procedures. After a period of weeks I was told I was approved and I gave my credit information and paid $299 for a kit but during that time I kept asking how many pills for each sickness I would receive and how much it cost to replenish the dosages but I was met with very frustrating communications by someone who claimed that they did not work in the Florida office and they didn’t know the answers to my questions.
After several weeks and not receiving my wellness kit I began once again trying to communicate with them to find out where my ticket was because when I checked my PayPal account they had debited my credit card but they kept telling me that they didn’t debit the card and they don’t debit it until be kit a ship however my credit card statement showed they debited my account so now I was dealing with liars. it became such an issue that I told him to cancel my order and return my money but eventually I had to request a charge back from my credit company and now it’s been almost 8 months and I see that commercials constantly on TV and wish that I could let people know how disgraceful this company is but obviously they spend millions of money they probably stole from hundreds of thousands of customers for their commercials.
