Dear Jeremy,I hope this message finds you well.Following your visit to our property at 10 Lamb Close, Andover, on 19th May 2025, we discussed in detail the works required to replace and fix several windows and doors. During that visit, you were confident in confirming that your business could also undertake the associated building works—including the construction of a ramp, brickwork beneath the windows, and replacement of guttering and soffits.We were reassured by your professionalism and the confidence with which you spoke, particularly as we had previously been let down by other builders. You stated you would contact your office to arrange for your builder to carry out a site visit to move the project forward.However, instead of hearing from your builder, we received a phone call from someone in your office who was under the impression that we were enquiring about a conservatory—a topic which was never discussed during your visit. I explained to that individual that no conservatory had ever been mentioned, and that you had said a site visit from your builder would be arranged to assess the scope of works we had agreed upon. At that point, I was informed that your business does not undertake building work at all.Following this confusing exchange, I called you directly at 9:08 AM that same day to clarify the situation. You said you would look into it and get back to me. It has now been two weeks since that phone call, and we have heard nothing further from you or anyone at your company.As potential customers, we find it extremely disappointing to be left chasing for answers, particularly after being reassured of your reliability. A simple follow-up would have been appreciated.We would still like to know whether you are in a position to carry out the works discussed, or whether we should seek alternative contractors.We look forward to your response.Kind regards,Mr and Mrs PetfordJust another company who promise the earth and don't deliver. Sadly there seems to be more untrustworthy companies out there that cast a bad light on the very few that are decent. Don't believe a word this company tells you. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
