He was professional every step of the way. He spent over an hour working tirelessly to fix the blockage. Despite his best efforts, his equipment wasn’t able to clear it, and unfortunately, there was a messy backup. But Lee didn’t shy away from it, he carefully cleaned as much as he could, showing real dedication to the task.
