I signed up to pay monthly and the site took a yearly payment.Of course I asked for it to be cancelled - because there was no cancel option on the interface.A WHOLE YEAR LATER AND IVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN. It took 2 weeks and 11 emails to cancel my subscription because the button is not showing on your site. You have charged me twice - without my permission - since I originally cancelled last year and are refusing to refund.
