Absolute disgrace of a company I’ve been a customer for over 10 years always packed my tweezers in the same way they always arrived I always got them back until now!!!!!!6 pairs supposedly gone through a tear in the envelope which looks very suspicious I think tweezer man thought it’s time I bought some new ones well I have bought some replacement ones off Amazon but they don’t have the tweezer man signature none of my tweezers ever will again.They gave me some helpful advice oh we hope your tweezers were insure with Royal Mail.They are nothing but liars cheats and thieves most unhelpful to my needs im absolutely disgusted but then again they are a big company who couldn’t care less about their customer’s
