THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM NOW ! They keep sending my birth control to my pharmacy by a dr that is not within my insurance network! I have been out of options for days because no one will correct this issue! I CAN NOT GET MY BIRTH CONTROL because of these people messing up the prescription ! I will have to take my money and business elsewhere and write the CEO. I am also going to sue them for me paying them money every month and not getting the services I paid for!Update as of 10/07/25: A BEYOND AMAZING WOMAN with the escalations team reached out to me today at 3:08pm to resolve EVERY ISSUE I was having. She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Her name started with a J but I cant remember the full name. I would please like her supervisors to know that she was so kind, reassuring, respectful, and professional. She was also so supportive and helpful! She deserves every compliment I can think of. Please pass this positive message along to the right supervisors and I hope she is recognized for her hard work and customer service! Please look into the email and name I sent to 28 health on trust pilot to verify who helped me and praise the woman that called me today! I am ao grateful and I will keep using 28 health for as long as I can !
