Twentyeight health is the best when it comes to my birth control needs. Kristina has been amazing and I am so grateful to be a customer for over 3 years! I would recommend them to everyone!
They charged me for the service, but only let me know they had trouble with my insurance 7 days later. This was, unfortunately, too late for me as I would be traveling but they didn't issue a refund upon request. They also prescribed me the expensive brand name by default instead of the lower cost generic which I had said I would be fine with. Customer support was unwilling to provide a workable solution - unapologetic, unaccountable, and passive-aggressive.
I sought help from the service during a crucial moment in my life. Recently postpartum, I was exploring my options for birth control and had numerous questions. The representative was incredibly helpful, addressing all my concerns and making me feel valued. It's rare to find such compassionate healthcare professionals these days, but I found them here. Not only was the support outstanding, but everyone I interacted with treated me with kindness, empathy, and respect. Thank you so much♥️
No. Just No. Ever since they switched companies around a year or so ago, customer service and their lack of ability to deliver their products went downhill FAST. I've had to speak to customer service more times than I can count. The icing on the cake was when I confirmed with them, twice, that my address changed, and it was still delivered to my old one. This was 2 months prior to my next delivery.
TwentyEight Health exceeded my expectations. The online consultation was straightforward, and I loved that I could ask follow-up questions directly to the doctors. Ordering medications like the morning-after pill and herpes treatment was stress-free, and the privacy they maintain is excellent. Even from Canada, I felt fully supported and safe throughout the process. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and discreet healthcare!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM NOW ! They keep sending my birth control to my pharmacy by a dr that is not within my insurance network! I have been out of options for days because no one will correct this issue! I CAN NOT GET MY BIRTH CONTROL because of these people messing up the prescription ! I will have to take my money and business elsewhere and write the CEO. I am also going to sue them for me paying them money every month and not getting the services I paid for!Update as of 10/07/25: A BEYOND AMAZING WOMAN with the escalations team reached out to me today at 3:08pm to resolve EVERY ISSUE I was having. She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Her name started with a J but I cant remember the full name. I would please like her supervisors to know that she was so kind, reassuring, respectful, and professional. She was also so supportive and helpful! She deserves every compliment I can think of. Please pass this positive message along to the right supervisors and I hope she is recognized for her hard work and customer service! Please look into the email and name I sent to 28 health on trust pilot to verify who helped me and praise the woman that called me today! I am ao grateful and I will keep using 28 health for as long as I can !
