I miss the Pill Club; TwentyEight has the longest response times ever, which is never something you want for pill/health related issues. They moved me to a 21 active pill pack (even when I told them I was previously using the same brand for a 28 active pack), which makes no sense sinec I told them that I was skipping nonactive pills to skip my period, and they didn't schedule my refills in time to ensure coverage between packs. At this point I'm ready to just pay extra money for a different service with reliable and competent fulfillment; so frustrating and not worth it at all
