They charged me for the service, but only let me know they had trouble with my insurance 7 days later. This was, unfortunately, too late for me as I would be traveling but they didn't issue a refund upon request. They also prescribed me the expensive brand name by default instead of the lower cost generic which I had said I would be fine with. Customer support was unwilling to provide a workable solution - unapologetic, unaccountable, and passive-aggressive.
