I attempted to log in, but I was informed of a ban that never expired. After submitting a ticket, I received an unhelpful response claiming the ban was justified without any valid reason. This feels unprofessional and a bit like a scam, especially since I spent around 300 euros. I purchased skills for 200 euros and was promised their return after season 2, but I never received them. I also contacted an owner and an admin, who read my messages but did not respond. I might pursue legal action for what I believe to be scamming and unreasonable banning. I have proof to back my claims. I urge others to avoid this platform and not to spend money, or you may end up in a similar predicament.
