Unjust Ban Experience

In the lifesteal gamemode, I purchased numerous skills for about 200 euros, and when I inquired about getting them back after season 2 launched, they assured me I would, but I never received them. This has been a frustrating experience with the service. I reached out to one of the owners and an admin; they read my messages but did not respond regarding my ban or my spending. I am considering legal action for what I perceive as scamming and unreasonable banning. I have various pieces of evidence to support my claims. I advise others to avoid this platform and refrain from spending money, or you might find yourself in a similar situation.

Unfair Kicks for Gameplay

I was kicked from the server for doing arrow jumps. Many others perform the same action without facing consequences. It seems unfair to be banned for what I was doing. I wouldn't recommend this service, as you could be banned for minor actions.

Password Recovery Issues

I forgot my password and was required to provide a picture of myself logged in, which I didn't know. When I tried to reset my password, the instructions were in a language I don't understand. This used to be my favorite server, but now it's ruined. Goodbye!

Confusion Between Editions

I joined this server on bedrock edition, unaware that it primarily operates on Java with geyser support. I started jump bridging in the practice area and was muted for 'hacking'. If the platform is meant to support both editions, why penalize players on bedrock?
