Ordered a toy. Arrived after over THREE weeks, not as described. This was not a cheap toy. It arrived faulty, not weighted as described, barely the size described (have to really stretch it to get to the 60cm. It looks nothing like the picture it's an absolute sham. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag with Chinese writing all over it. The inside of the fabric has been stitched incorrectly so was on the outside of the toy, clearly very poorly made. I reached it to customer service and all they are offering is a replacement product. I've told them this isn't acceptable. I'm not waiting another 3 weeks to potentially receive another faulty cheap product when it is not at all like described. I continually requested a refund and offered to send back faulty item and this far they have not accepted. DO NOT USE. Selling cheap products under a guise.
