I would rate this service with zero stars if it were possible. My experience was terrible, and I agree with others that their website and information are, at best, unreliable and, at worst, deceptive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The light fitting I ordered was poorly made and arrived over a month late, and it was the wrong item. I sent numerous emails requesting a replacement, then a refund, but all I got back were endless automated responses asking for more information or offering me better deals that required additional payment, with no replacement or refund in sight. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted I pay for the return myself. Ultimately, I had to file a complaint with the payment service I used, which thankfully resulted in a full refund.
