Onboarding process is AWFUL - they completely wasted 4 days of my time, then refused to allow me access to an account?!All I wanted to do was offer my customers another contact method for incoming calls - nothing illegal or wrong. Then they had the cheek of repeatedly asking for feedback - well, for wasting my time twice, I’m leaving them 1* feedback.If you value your time, don’t bother with them. 👎 Poor customer service
