Twilio’s customer support is beyond frustrating. They’re great at winning your business, but once you need assistance, it’s a different story. We’ve had an open ticket since July 24th, and despite multiple follow-ups, we’ve gotten little to no response. Days—even weeks—go by without any communication from their team.This lack of support has caused significant disruptions to our operations and negatively affected our customers. If you’re looking for reliable customer service, I’d strongly recommend considering other options. The repeated failure to follow up is unacceptable.
