Worst company worst support and NONE existent support. They are so horrible in all levels. 1) I had an account for our internal Inbox messages with them for 4 years and it was free account. All of a sudden when we wanted to use SMS and pay for SMS they started SAVAGELY charging us.2) now we created an account for SMS and Whatsapp, they even don't allow you to send them a support ticket even though to set up they are asking me to contact support for an error the system is throwin for my submission. I have to buy a bloody plan to be able to get support before even getting started.Horrible corporation, bad leadership, bad mentality, messed up management in all leveles. if you have any shares in this messed-up sell it
