However, instead of activating my account, Twilio suspended it without any valid reason.I contacted support, provided additional details, and even shared my business website and social media links. Despite all this, they refused to reactivate my account with a generic response, offering no real explanation.This unprofessional approach wasted my time, and I would not recommend Twilio to anyone.
