I expect I wouldn't be charged for doing nothing. Then my account went into the red by 27p. I tried to pay this off, but the minimum I could pay off to close this scammy account was £20, nearly 100 times the amount owed. Naturally, they explicitly state they don't refund money after an account is closed. Don't touch these scammers with a barge pole.
