Immediately after placing an order on Saturday I noticed my mistake and tried to CANCEL my order, I CAN'T. Because there is NO WAY TO CANCEL!I emailed customer service 2 or 3 times, they returned 'we got your email with the same subject'. But on Monday, the order was not canceled and it was shipped. I had to send 10 e-mails to where the order was sent.I connected to phone numbers country with VPN services, then try to call by free websites, and results:Some calls were forwarded the same day and my phone rang,some seem to be forwarding, but my phone never rang.I called the UK number from my hometown (non eu&us) number, there was no forwarding, but seemed as forwarded&completed on twilio dashboard.Again, I called the US number, it's forwarded, and my phone rang only 1 day. Next days, calls not forwarded!SMS the same. For instance, no problems with SMS from TW.But Paypal and eBay SMS never reached to twilio' system.The result is, don't throw your money away ...
