Having previously enjoyed another brand, I decided to give this one a try after seeing their ads. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Like many others, I found their customer service to be lacking. They labeled items as 'final sale' when they shouldn't have, and the quality of their shirts is subpar. The 95% cotton material wrinkles easily and lacks breathability and stretch. I ordered a black and a white shirt, but they sent me two identical black ones and blamed me for the mix-up. I have no chance of a refund, so I'll be returning them at my own expense and contacting my bank for a chargeback. I wouldn’t even use these shirts to wash my car, as I value my paint too much.
