After enjoying my previous experience with another brand, I decided to try this one due to targeted ads. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. Their customer service is extremely poor, as many others have noted. They labeled items as 'final sale' even when they shouldn't have, and the quality of the shirts is subpar. The fabric, while advertised as 95% cotton, wrinkles easily and lacks breathability or stretch. I ordered one black and one white shirt, but received two identical black ones and they blamed the error on me. There's no chance for a refund, so I’ll have to pay for returns and contact my credit card company for a chargeback. I wouldn't even use these shirts for cleaning my car, as I value my vehicle's paint too much.

I purchased the Five Pocket pants and absolutely love them. They look stylish and are incredibly comfortable. The fit is just right, with a nice stretch and a smooth feel. The customer service has been excellent as well. I had a minor issue with my first order, but the team proactively reached out and ensured everything was resolved. I will definitely be ordering more of these pants and plan to try the jeans too. Thank you for a great experience!
The return/exchange process comes with a $15 fee, so be cautious. My husband got two pairs of pants in the same style but different colors. The black ones fit well, but the khaki ones were too small in the waist. Assuming this was a quality issue, we ordered the next size up, but it was too large. When I tried to exchange online, the site wouldn’t allow it. After emailing the company, I was informed I had to buy a $15 return label to send the item back and order a different size. There are no physical stores, so returns or exchanges can only be done online. The company doesn’t seem to value customer relationships. After multiple messages, they only offered the $15 option. I reluctantly paid for the return label and won’t be buying from them again.
The return process was a nightmare. They refused refunds for items labeled as 'Final Sale,' which were not actually final sale when I bought them, and conveniently became final sale during my return attempt. While some returns were accepted, it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my refund. I reached out to customer service twice, but they haven't responded. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase. I bought three shirts in various sizes to keep the ones that fit and return the others. Their return policy stated no-hassle returns within 30 days. However, when I tried to return the incorrectly sized shirts, I was told they wouldn’t accept returns because I bought final sale items. Really? An online clothing company that won’t accept returns for items that don’t fit?
This is the lowest quality clothing I have encountered. I ordered a suit for a wedding, and while the pants arrived, the jacket did not. I've spent 10 days trying to communicate with customer service, which has been unhelpful. I now have to go to a store to buy a suit for an event tomorrow. I recommend steering clear of this company. If you're looking for similar clothes, you’d be better off at a thrift store.
