The return/exchange process comes with a $15 fee, so be cautious. My husband got two pairs of pants in the same style but different colors. The black ones fit well, but the khaki ones were too small in the waist. Assuming this was a quality issue, we ordered the next size up, but it was too large. When I tried to exchange online, the site wouldn’t allow it. After emailing the company, I was informed I had to buy a $15 return label to send the item back and order a different size. There are no physical stores, so returns or exchanges can only be done online. The company doesn’t seem to value customer relationships. After multiple messages, they only offered the $15 option. I reluctantly paid for the return label and won’t be buying from them again.
