After enjoying my previous experience with another brand, I decided to try this one due to targeted ads. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. Their customer service is extremely poor, as many others have noted. They labeled items as 'final sale' even when they shouldn't have, and the quality of the shirts is subpar. The fabric, while advertised as 95% cotton, wrinkles easily and lacks breathability or stretch. I ordered one black and one white shirt, but received two identical black ones and they blamed the error on me. There's no chance for a refund, so I’ll have to pay for returns and contact my credit card company for a chargeback. I wouldn't even use these shirts for cleaning my car, as I value my vehicle's paint too much.
