I ordered the Halloween pack of Orange, Purple, and Green Glitter. I received black instead of Purple. I contacted the company, who not only let me keep the black but also sent an entire new set as an apology. Effectively, I received six glitters while paying for three. Very prompt, excellent customer service, and kind of them to do so without being asked. P.S. The glitter is very effective and looks fabulous.
