Deceptive pricing practices. It's truly disgraceful! They do not include VAT in the prices at purchase. So when you compare it to other legitimate companies that don’t mislead their customers, it seems like a fantastic deal. However, OVER 30 days later, you will receive a VAT bill in addition to what you've already paid them. It’s completely unacceptable.

Untrustworthy practices

Untrustworthy practices.. Absolutely appalling! They don't include VAT in the prices at the time of sale. When compared to genuine companies that don't deceive their customers, it looks like a great deal, right? Fun but pricey for what they are

They're quite enjoyable but a bit pricey for what they offer. One item was entirely incorrect, received a copper color instead of the opal, and I emailed them but got no response. I won't be returning.

Not as fair as it seems

Looks appealing but hard to access and quite messy to handle. ☆Oh, and you receive a VAT invoice two months later☆ Why send items without full payment? Not impressed at all. Be transparent and charge accurately. No customer wants to deal with extra costs two months later. You appear reasonable, but only because you bill the VAT later.

Creates a great effect in drinks

Creates a great effect in fizzy drinks, but I found the glitter pieces a bit large, which was surprising. Sometimes I could taste the glitter, which was slightly off-putting. However, it did enhance the appearance of my drinks, though a stirrer is needed to keep it mixed.

Halloween Glitter Pack

I ordered the Halloween pack of Orange, Purple, and Green Glitter. I received black instead of Purple. I contacted the company, who not only let me keep the black but also sent an entire new set as an apology. Effectively, I received six glitters while paying for three. Very prompt, excellent customer service, and kind of them to do so without being asked. P.S. The glitter is very effective and looks fabulous.
