My wife bought 2 sets of dandelion lights. Opened them up and 1 doesn't work and the other is partially working. After contacting them 4 times and trying to send videos proving I'm not an idiot that doesn't know how to put batteries in correctly and push a button to cycle the light patterns...they keep saying they can't open my file. Then the second time they couldn't open they tell me how to change the file settings in my phone to share to anyone. I googled how to right click ON MY ANDROID phone..I held my finger on the picture but nowhere does it say share files to anyone!!!
I've politely asked to either refund and I will gladly send back the product or to exchange...but it seems IM NOT the mentally incompetent one here...they keep sending me replies to please send us a video showing you putting in NEW batteries the CORRECT way and then PUSHING in a small button to turn on...then they say they want to resolve this as it's rare the lights don't work....WHAT!?!?!?!?!?
ALL they need to do is refund or exchange...say sorry your having issue with the wiring and we will do what you'd like. INSTEAD they seem bent on the idea that I'm an idiot...on their website not 1 negative review...only all 5 stars and I tried to post a 1 star review and hit submit...it won't even let me post...their trees may be a better product cause that's all the reviews are written for but stay away from the dandelion.....BUYER BEWARE
1 last thing...as you read all the reviews posted here...they all say the exact same thing written by " Jen" .....never knew an auto reply had a name
