Review Time
My wife bought 2 sets of dandelion lights. Opened them up and 1 doesn't work and the other is partially working. After contacting them 4 times and trying to send videos proving I'm not an idiot that doesn't know how to put batteries in correctly and push a button to cycle the light patterns...they keep saying they can't open my file. Then the second time they couldn't open they tell me how to change the file settings in my phone to share to anyone. I googled how to right click ON MY ANDROID phone..I held my finger on the picture but nowhere does it say share files to anyone!!!
I've politely asked to either refund and I will gladly send back the product or to exchange...but it seems IM NOT the mentally incompetent one here...they keep sending me replies to please send us a video showing you putting in NEW batteries the CORRECT way and then PUSHING in a small button to turn on...then they say they want to resolve this as it's rare the lights don't work....WHAT!?!?!?!?!?
ALL they need to do is refund or exchange...say sorry your having issue with the wiring and we will do what you'd like. INSTEAD they seem bent on the idea that I'm an idiot...on their website not 1 negative review...only all 5 stars and I tried to post a 1 star review and hit submit...it won't even let me post...their trees may be a better product cause that's all the reviews are written for but stay away from the dandelion.....BUYER BEWARE
1 last thing...as you read all the reviews posted here...they all say the exact same thing written by " Jen" .....never knew an auto reply had a name
We purchased three items. The lunar lamp, willow branches, and willow vines. They light up the rooms with a warm glow. We love them! They are beautiful and relaxing.
PS Don't set the willow branches on the fast cycle though, unless you want to have a seizure! :) Use one of the slower cycles.
After ordering the twinkling Birch Tree, I got worried after reading the poor reviews. I hoped that the people who gave 4 star reviews were accurate. I was disappointed after receiving it. The images on the website don't reflect what the tree actually looks like. On the website, the tree looks full with even branches all the way around and there are probably twice as many. lights. The actual tree that I received does not have uniform branches and the branches on one side are much shorter. There is only one light per branch located near the center of the tree leaving the ends of the branches barren. It's poor quality materials. Definitely not worth the $44 dollars that I paid for it. I would be really angry if I paid full price for it $80. The cord is very short, so I'll be using batteries. I didn't appreciate the way the tree was packed. The branches were folded over to fit in the box, and then you have to work at it to unbend them. I don't see why the company wouldn't put it in a box that's a few inches longer so that it comes out of the packet looking better. On a positive note, the tree trunk and branches do look like a Birch tree. I like fairy lights, so the tree looks ok in dimly lit areas.
Picked this up because the lighting in my room before felt way too bright at night. It showed up quickly and was packed well. As soon as I plugged it in the whole mood of the room changed and felt much more comfortable. It’s really nice for late night TV, movies, or just winding down with a book. I didn’t expect to like it this much and I’ll probably order a few more for other parts of the house
It took way longer than expected, but I was relatively happy when I received the garlands. Cheaper looking product than I expected, but once I turned each leaf over I was able to get the look on the website! A lot of work for the five garlands. Long story short-a lot of work to get the product to look right.
I did not receive my item, even though I purchased insurance for loss or theft. They provided numerous excuses for why I couldn't utilize the insurance and instead suggested a discount for repurchasing. This feels like a scam and a complete rip-off. Avoid this.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the Fairy Spirit Tree! I own four of them and even gifted one to a friend. They called me from Spain to share how much they loved it. While they are smaller than I expected, the listed height was clear, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I haven't received the Red Berry Trees yet, but I anticipate they'll be just as wonderful. The only hiccup was with the delivery to Spain; it arrived there in about five days, but the local courier didn't deliver it until I reached out to inquire. When I contacted the service for assistance, they didn't follow up with the courier but did provide me with their email. Overall, I'm very happy with the trees and truly enjoy them.
I bought two trees, and within a week, one of them broke. I also got the garland, which is working fine so far. However, the trees seem very poorly made. I would not suggest purchasing any of the sparkling trees; they feel extremely cheap. I'm trying to reach out for a refund, but I keep receiving emails without any real assistance. My advice is to steer clear of this company.
The lights are at a perfect brightness for our patio's exterior. However, keeping the strands separated and maintaining their rounded shape, as shown in the pictures, is quite difficult. Perhaps a stiffer stem portion would help them retain their shape better.
