The customer service was amazing! After finding out the psd of the font i bought wasn't customisable to the point I required it to be, I could easily get an upgrade to full customisation of the theme. Minus some intricacies of the font I requested, the customly themed overlay was perfect first try and the one iteration necessary was done without issue.The artist was friendly, understanding, and very fast!
