Very poor, I made a purchase which I requested a refund for where it was declined.I have not used the overlay and will never be able to as I cannot run it and the additional software that is required, was not identified in the original purchaseHi,I have not received any of these "reach outs".This is the facts, I purchased a product on the basis that I could utilize the animated text as a twitch overlay.The Adobe software (which you would have to buy separately) is not advertised to be a critical component to edit the purchased item for $20.00, and the text package I received is not even animated as shown on your website.Immediately after the purchase I requested for a refund which was promptly denied. All said and done I spent money on something that I cannot use and the support ended with no refund.I am surprised to see the amount of effort now put forth to this matter.This is a review that I initially posted on my experience that was all, but now any customer has the knowledge of the facts of what has occurred from the transaction. 1) Utilization of the purchase which comes in .PSD format can be edited with Photoshop Elements which is $99.99 for the basic version. 2) The advertised animated text is not true as advertised.3) You will not receive any refund if you are not satisfied or unable to use the download at all.
