Using this service in the busy months is quite risky. Customer support is virtually absent; if the product arrives damaged, you may wait a week (if you're fortunate) for a response and replacement. There seems to be no quality checks before shipping, as many of my clients received poorly printed items, and support has not replied to those inquiries for weeks.
