Placing orders in November and December is highly uncertain. The customer support is virtually unavailable; if a mug arrives damaged, you might wait a week or more for a response and replacement. There seems to be no quality control before shipping, as many customers received poorly printed mugs, and the support team hasn't responded to those issues for weeks.
