I've had a wonderful experience with TwoPages. First of all, I love the motorized shades that I ordered. They elevate my living room and work great. But also, their customer service was wonderful. I had a recent airbnb guest that damaged one of the shades and the customer support team sent me the damaged part, plus an extra part that they thought was also damaged from the photos I shared. They shipped the parts expedited. I'm really pleased and just ordered shades for another room.
