Absolutely in love with my roman shades from TWOPAGESCURTAINS! Measuring was easy even though I was a bit nervous about it at first. The shades came much faster than expected and my husband installed them and said they were very easy to do - took him only about 15 minutes total. He did it while I was away, so came back to a lovely surprise to see the new shades installed in my kitchen looking absolute beautiful. I plan to get shades for every window in the home - I'm doing my dining room windows next!
Great value, and customer service. I'm a repeat customer, and have ordered Two Pages products for several projects. I especially love the Custom Ripple Fold drapes with Lora track. It has a minimal, ceiling-mounted track that give the space a clean look.
Purchased some drapery for a client and it was such an easy experience due to the customer service assisting to ensure all measurements were correct. Client loves them and the quality surpassed our expectations! Can't wait to share pictures soon once they're installed.
Truly amazing customer service support and love the product. We ordered traverse rods for our heavy pinch pleat draperies and I really liked the sliding function and it was very easy to install. Material quality is very good and really love the sliding functionality makes opening and closing smooth even with heavy draperies. I recommend using two pages to everyone and they communicate well and are very responsive and helpful.
I ordered a rug 1/28. I spent over 1k and their website said 3-7 days for shipping and 3-7 days for handling. After 2 weeks of no product I reached out and they are staying due to production issues nothing ships until 2/25. This company is a poorly run scam. I want my ordered canceled and refunded. If they don’t refund me, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB
Drapes delivered on time and in protective packaging.
Very easy to hang. The slightly adjustable hooks help to deal with slight variations in length caused by the level/slightly un-level hanging of the curtain rod. The drapes arrived without wrinkles a significant improvement over similarly priced drapes from major retailers. The Liz linen fabric is very attractive. I am glad I added the body memory option which makes the drapes hang beautifully when open and closed. I am very happy with my purchase.
Since putting up my curtains, I’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful they look. The quality immediately stood out to me upon arrival and it was shipped relatively quick considering that a lot of their pieces are custom made. I definitely want to buy more curtains for the rest of my house!
I have contacted your customer service team many times via email and phone over the past several months and have never received a response.
Each time I call, I am told to email and that someone from the support team will contact me within 24 hours. That has never happened. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has replied, no one has called, and no assistance has been provided.
At this point, it is extremely frustrating. I have been actively trying to place an order and have been begging for someone to contact me, yet I have received absolutely no service.
This level of customer support is absolutely unacceptable.
I have been trying to spend my money with this company for 2 months. I need a call to make such a big custom purchase to ensure I'm purchasing the right thing. I book the zoom link through their website and they never show up- ever. I've scheduled 5 calls now. They're a no show for 5. And for 4 of them I waited a week for the call! If they put any of the money they spend on Facebook Ad into CX.. they'd be on the Fortune 500 list by now. I hear great things - they cant' seem to figure out how to take my money.

They showed up today. 5th times a charm.
She was 20 minutes late (the call is only 20 minutes) so I gave them another star. And two pages, our account is under my husbands name. Thanks. I’ll go elsewhere
